 Oi! Tudo bem? What's the craic?

Subject line: We started out this week by taking out the trash then the trash took out my comp. No seriously- completely wiped her out. Allow me to explain...While on one of our morning jogs we came across a man who, as we were approaching him, slowly started to inch toward one side of the pavement. Or in sister Blatter's words "he looked like he really wanted 6 feet" Therefore to avoid appearing discourteous, she tried her best to give him "6 feet." In her attempt to do so she decided to hurdle a pile of trash bags that were in her way. Her toe caught hold of the trash bag, and well shortly after her face did likewise to the pavement... Luckily no severe injuries just a scraped up knee and some bruised pride.😉 (see pic below) 

We got a spontaneous moves call Thursday night and to just about everyone's surprise I am STAYING in DUBLIN!! This will be my 6th transfer here and I could not be more excited!!

The work here is still progressing it seems as though this pandemic has done more to reassert the faith of those we teach than anything we could have done. Our friend (who we teach entirely over the phone) agreed to live the word of wisdom. I've never taught this principle over the phone and was kind of nervous. He asked the typical "why not tea and coffee" and then proceeded to tell us that he doesn't like either. In fact he even as a barista for a while and only had 1 cup!! Long story short- by the end of our conversation he was willing to go vegan for God. (Don't  worry we told him he didn't have to.😉)

7) FUNNY STORY- we had a virtual FHE with our zone and we played a bit of book of mormon charades. We had to act out a chapter and the first person to guess go the point. We had little time to prepare but my companion let me dump a bottle of "the waters of mormon" (for thus they were called) on her head for affect. Highlight of my week.😂
