Aug 19 SUBJECT: I spend probably the same amount of time thinking of a subject line as I do actually writhing my email. Why? because for some of you that's probably all you're going to read. Therefore it's important. with that said don't judge this email by its subject line.

THE WORK is so gooooood. We've been finding and teaching like it's our job (oh wait...)

For those of you who don't know it's FRINGE season here in Edinburgh- which means the streets are FILLED with people from just about every country other than Scotland. (The locals avoid it like the plague)

It has been AMAZING although we only get to teach these people once before they head back home (which is usually thousands of miles away) #plantingseeds

Aside from that though we also have a few people we are teaching that ACTUALLY  live in Edinburgh. One of them is a family from Syria. They know very little English so we talk through Google translate (technology man) They are the coolest! I am excited for them to learn more.

I was studying Elder Bednar's talk "prepared to obtain every needful thing" from this last general conference. He talks about how important it is to gain knowledge for ourselves, and how if we rely solely on the testimony of others our foundation is build upon "sand." It is an amazing talk; I challenge you all to read and ponder it this week.

That's it folks, until next week! Cheers
